Those following my blogs on Buzzbee Homes would be interested to know that just 12 hours since my first blog about Buzzbee Homes I am ranking number 4&5 in Google Organic Search for their company name.  While this is not a hard phrase to rank for I rank higher than the companies website itself. In 12 hours!!!

 This always gives me a buzz, ranking so effectively and so quickly.  It highlights the ease in which this can be done and why it is inexcusable for their web designer Amphibian Creative (Check out their dynamic site!!!) to have not accomplished at least this for their client when they first built the site.

I found this all out as I spent a bit of time today looking at my stats and updating my sitemap.  I saw that the googlebot had spidered my site, seen that it spidered at least one of the Buzzbee blogs and then used the simple index search tool described previously (i.e typing "site:camthecameraman.com buzzbee" into Google) and found that my blogs were in the Google index.  Quickly and excitedly I searched in Google for Buzzbee Homes and found that I ranked.  Interestingly I know this happened just as the bot came past as I had checked approximately an hour before with no result.

For the old hands at SEO I understand that the phrase "Buzzbee Homes" is not competitive to be found for.  These blogs have more been about how easy and therefore the absolute neccessity that this basic SEO work is completed by Web Designers as they complete sites for their clients.  Remeber this whole procces came about from my wife and I hearing an ad on the radio, forgetting the actually URL, trying the website and eventually finding it through a business directory.

As a side note, my wife and I intend to pop out to Buzzbee Homes and have a chat to Ron Busby and his team about them building a house for us.  I dont mean any ill will towards them, rather I feel their web developer needs a kick up the bum.  I just hope they can build a house better than their web designer builds a searchable website!!
